NO COMMUNITY EASTER SUNRISE SERVICE: In the past, there has been a Community Easter Sunrise Service at First Christian Reformed Church in Edgerton. No service is planned for this year.
Foundations in Faith: Do you ever struggle to pray? Do you feel like you are saying the same thing over and over? Prayer will be the focus of our Foundations in Faith for April. We will be looking at "Praying the Psalms" and look at how we can use the prayer book of the Old Testament as a way to enliven and build up our prayer lives. Foundations in Faith meets on April 23 in the Fellowship Hall at 4 PM.

Hope Haven invites you to celebrate Easter weekend with outstanding southern gospel music. The Dixie Melody boys from Kinston, NC will be presenting a benefit concert on Saturday, April 15 at 6:30 p.m. at the B.J. Haan Auditorium on the campus of Dordt College in Sioux Center. The Dixie Melody Boys have been performing since 1960 and they have received many honors and awards. The concert will also feature the Master’s Voice Quartet from Sioux Falls, and the Triumphant Sound Quartet from Lawton, IA. Tickets will be $15 per person and sold only at the door. Doors open at 5:00 p.m. Music starts at 6:30 p.m. All proceeds will benefit Hope Haven.
Volunteer Work Day at Inspiration Hills on Thursday, May 6. Help them get ready for over 1,000 campers. Work day includes lunch. Your help helps us get the camp cleaned up from winter and groomed and ready for summer. We are specially requesting: Log splitters and people to split wood, 4 wheeler w/2 wheel trailers to groom trails, electric fence for the Horse Camp, and many miscellaneous projects.
The board and staff of New Life Treatment Center announces the 37th Annual Horse Ride-a-Thon. Horses with riders and horse drawn rigs will begin their trek from Pipestone County Fairgrounds and proceed to their destination at the Center in Woodstock. The date is Saturday, May 20 beginning at 10:00 a.m. Mark your calendars. We held our first Horse Ride-a-Thon in 1980 and it continues to be a great opportunity for friends to meet and have fun together while raising funds for New Life.
