Chapel Choir: The Chapel Choir has begun rehearsals for their Christmas Cantata. All voices are welcome to join us on Wednesday evenings at 7:15 p.m.
Operation Christmas Child collection dates are November 12th thru November 19th until 12:00 p.m. You can use the printed boxes that we have in the entry of our church or the clear plastic boxes to fill with gifts of your choice for a boy or girl. Please remember that we cannot add toothpaste or candy. Those items are not allowed this year due to stricter regulations. The shipping amount is $9.00 per box. Put your check inside the envelope provided and put it inside the box. Please remember to attach the boy/girl slip and circle the age group that you have selected to receive your box. Bring it back to church this week before the cut off date of the 19th. Thank you for participating in this worth while project. Let’s try to fill even more this year and make a difference in a child’s life.
Thanksgiving Offering: The Consistory is recommending consideration of the new Missions our church will begin supporting in 2019 for the Thanksgiving Offering. The new missions are Hope Harbor in
Marshall, My Brother’s Workshop in St. Thomas, USVI, and En-Gedi Children’s Home in Kenya. The General and Mission Funds of the Church remain a standing recommendation.

Inspiration Hills Ladies Auxiliary Final Event - The Harvest Dinner - November 15. The

“Hope Haven International Ministries presents “Rejoice!” featuring Nashville recording artist Jill Miller on Thursday, November 29 at 7:00 PM at the BJ Haan Auditorium on the campus of Dordt
University in Sioux Center, IA. Tickets are $15.00 and a limited number of VIP tickets are available for $25.00 each. The VIP Meet & Greet begins at 6:00 PM in the Terrace Room located at the Dordt Student Center. VIP tickets are only sold at Hope Haven. Tickets are on sale at Peoples Bank in Rock Valley, American State Bank in Sioux Center and Iowa State Bank in Orange City. Tickets may also be purchased at The Rock Valley Christian School, Sioux Center Christian School, Orange City Christian School and at Hope Haven. The Christmas concert will also feature a choir made up of students from Rock Valley Christian, Sioux Center Christian and Orange City Christian Schools.
