Volunteers Needed: Kids’ Choir is looking for parent volunteers for crowd control. Sign up for a week or a month. We’d really appreciate at least 2 volunteers per week. If your child comes to choir please sign up on the sheet in the narthex.
Food Shelf: The Edgerton Food Shelf is in need of: canned peaches, pears, potatoes, peas, vegetable soup. Also, spaghetti, tuna, peanut butter, jam, and pork & beans.

COFFEE BREAK KICK-OFF BRUNCH–Join other women in the study of God’s word and make new friends! All women of the community are invited to Discover Nehemiah. In this study we’ll see how the God of the Bible controls history and uses people like Nehemiah to carry out his purposes.
Nehemiah’s dependence on God and his steady resolve in the face of opposition, provide examples for everyone. The fall session of Coffee Break and Children’s Story Hour (ages 3-Kindergarten) begins with brunch on October 3 at 9:30 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall of First CRC in Edgerton. You are invited to a Gospel Concert in Woodstock, Mn at the American Reformed Church on Sunday, October 7 from 2:00-5:00 p.m. This is our annual fundraiser to purchase Recovery Bibles for clients at New Life Treatment Center. Music will be provided by: Hear by Faith, The Klassen, and Cornerstone Quartet. Testimonies will be given by alumni from New Life Treatment Center. Barbeques and ice cream sundaes will be served. Freewill donation will be accepted. Come and go as you please.

evening, Oct 9, 2018 at 6:30PM at Faith Reformed Church of Rock Valley, IA. Our special guests this year will be Mike & Dawn Menning with Great Commission Utah. They will share about their great work in Utah, supporting/mentoring the wonderful Christian ministries that are ministering among the FLDS , as well as their own experiences of reaching out and being a presence in a community which so desperately needs to hear God’s truth!! The 1st Fall Inspiration Hills auction is coming up fast - Friday, October 26. This year’s auction proceeds will go towards the kitchen remodel. Everyone is invited to attend. Come for fellowship, food, and amazing items. The doors open at 6:00 p.m. when you can look over the donated items and enjoy soup and dessert. The auction will begin at 7:00 p.m. We are looking to have a number of larger items (dinners, tickets, outings, meat bundles - whatever you can think of). Smaller items and homemade goodies are also welcome. We will combine them to make some awesome baskets.
