The EDGE Youth Group will be hosting our annual EDGE Auction on Wednesday, November 11! We invite everyone to join us for an evening of food, fellowship, and fun while supporting our high school youth group! Supper will be free will donation.
Evening Schedule:
5:00 - 6:30 PM: Meal served – Chili and grilled cheese
6:30 PM: Auction begins
Our high school students will be helping serve the meal and assisting with the auction throughout the evening.
EDGE Parents: We ask each family to donate a pan of bars for the meal. Please have them delivered to church by 5:00 PM on Wednesday, November 11.
Auction Donations Needed!
We have been discussing the auction the last few Wednesday evenings, so the students are in the know of what is taking place. We are looking for items to be donated for our auction! We are asking each student to find around 3-4 items for the auction. Many have signed up to talk to various businesses for items! If you could help your child with this, that would be so much appreciated. Please have all donations brought to church by Wednesday, November 4 (our next Midweek night).
Donation Ideas:
Ask local businesses if they would be willing to donate an item or gift certificate
Babysitting hours or other services
Homemade baked goods – pies, bars, cookies, breads, etc.
Home décor and seasonal decorations
Kids' toys and games
Meat or Cheese bundles
Themed gift baskets, such as:
Movie Night Basket
Beach or Summer Fun Basket
Supper or Family Dinner Basket
Hair/Beauty Basket
Feel free to get creative with your donations!
