Jr. High Catechism Camp: Please keep our 16 students and their chaperones in your prayers as they attend Catechism Camp today through August 6 in Viborg, SD. Pray for safe travels, good health, and a meaningful week of learning and connection with each other & God. Students attending camp are Bergen Arp, Henry Wassink, Kellen Landhuis, Jaci Hunter, Lilly Mertins, Breann Rolla, Paisley Wagner, Rylee Van't Hof, Maddyn Kreun, Brynlee Lustfield, Emmett Bleyenburg, Colton Gunnink, Liam Roskamp, Jax Huisken, Kaenen Kooi, Logan Van Grootheest. And those chaperoning the trip are Pastor Mark, Kristin Groen, Beth Wassink & Bev Van't Hof

Getting Involved: God has blessed each of us with unique gifts and talents that can be used to serve His church. There are many opportunities to get involved, including helping in the nursery, teaching Sunday School, singing in the choir, serving Fellowship or Midweek meals, assisting with coffee, and much more. Whether you have a little time or a lot, we would love to help you find a place to serve. Sign-up sheets for some opportunities are out in the entry way. Please sign up! Classic Car Cruise & Show – Wednesday, August 19
Come enjoy an evening of classic cars and ice cream with us! Luverne Christian Reformed Church is hosting a Classic Car Cruise & Show on Wednesday, August 19. The cruise will leave from the church at 6:30 pm and return for a car show afterward. Bring your classic car or just come to check out the vehicles! After the cruise, we’ll be serving free ice cream around 7:15 pm.
Volunteers in Mercy (VIM) is distributing backpacks with school supplies to children of families that use the Edgerton food shelf. We are also helping distribute backpacks in Pipestone in cooperation with First Presbyterian Church. Give Dennis Kroll a call at 507-220-4231 if you are interested in helping with either of these programs.
