Jr. High Super Bowl Slider Fundraiser: Our Jr. High students will be hosting our Ham & Cheese Super Bowl Slider Fundraiser on Saturday, January 31 to help support upcoming Jr. High youth trips and activities! Jr High Students will begin assembling sliders at 8:00 a.m., and order pickup will be available from 9:00–11:00 a.m. Each pan is a 9x13, serving 12 delicious sliders for $15. Students are asked to deliver all the pans they sold, if they are not picked up that day. Thank you for supporting our Jr. High youth and helping make these opportunities possible!
Off Week Fundraiser with Steve Harrison. Senior High and Junior High students invite you to a special off week Fundraiser on January 28. Steve Harrison, who has courageously shared his journey with God, will speak about prison life, reentry, mental health, and rehabilitation. His Story aims to foster understanding and inspire change. Fresh grilled hamburgers will be served from 5:00 -6:30 p.m. It is free will donation. Steve’s presentation begins at 7:00 p.m. in the church sanctuary. This event is open to the entire First Reformed family. We hope you will come, listen, and support us.
Note: The four floral arrangements at the front of church were given from the Joy Circle as a memorial to honor our past members.
Bloodmobile: There will be a Red Cross blood drive at the First Reformed Church in Edgerton on Monday, January 26 from 12:30 until 6:30. Please call Betty at 507-227-8416 or fbhuisken@gmail.com to make or confirm an appointment. There is a constant need for blood. Only 3% of Americans donate blood. Our goal for this drive is to collect 65+ units of blood for someone/somewhere. Anyone 16 yrs old (with parental consent) and older and in good health are able to donate.
Thank You: We would like to extend our thanks to our local Edgerton churches and community members for your generous support of the Edgerton Food Shelf. We have been truly blessed by the many donations received, including an abundance of items for the Angel Tree and generous financial gifts. Because of you, needs are being met, hope is being shared, and love is being shown in many ways. As Scripture reminds us in Acts 20:25, "It is more blessed to give than to receive.” - Edgerton Food Shelf Volunteer
