Nomination Ballots: The nomination ballots were placed in your mailboxes last week. Today is the last day to turn in your ballots. The 2025 Congregational Meeting will be held Monday, December 1 at 7:00 p.m.
Needed: Large brown grocery bags are needed for packing Pigs-in-the-blanket. Please bring them to kitchen if you have any.
Informational Meeting: We will be having an brief meeting in the sanctuary following the service on Sunday, November 16 sharing the information from the Name Change Committee. Everyone is welcome to join, and learn more.
Edgerton Food Shelf: The Edgerton Food Shelf is seeking donations to support local families. Please bring food, personal care items, or monetary gifts to First Reformed Church (checks payable to Edgerton Food Shelf). Items always needed: peanut butter, jelly, mac & cheese, cereal, pancake mix, syrup, canned vegetables or fruit, body wash, toilet paper, and detergent. They are also collecting Thanksgiving items: boxed stuffing, cranberry sauce, instant potatoes, and frozen pies by November 12. Thanksgiving Meal: No plans for Thanksgiving Day lunch? Join us after the Thanksgiving Day Service, Thursday, November 27 at 11:00 a.m. Serving turkey, ham and all the other holiday favorites. Please call or text Jason or Shanna Snyder and RSVP with the number of guests (so we have enough food) or stop in church and talk to Pastor Mark. This invitation is open to anyone. Please no take-out or delivery.
Peter Fish Banks for Alaska Missionaries: We will be handing out Peter Fish banks to support our missionaries, Brian and Elizabeth Bruxvoort. If you have any loose change lying around, let’s fill those banks to bless their ministry! Please bring the filled banks back on Thanksgiving Day.
Thank You: Thank you to everyone who supported our Jr. High Reformation Day Pancake Breakfast! Through your generosity, we raised $1,136.00 to go toward our Jr. High students and their ministry activities!
Operation Christmas Child: Please consider packing a shoe box gift for all the boys and girls who may not get one this year. One box touches the entire family and teaches them about the good news of Jesus Christ. The boxes are by the Welcome desk. Bring them back November 17-23rd. That gives you plenty of time to take the children or grandchildren shopping and let them help you choose gifts. The $10 donation for shipping is being paid by our church again this year. ATLAS for Life: Pipestone (101 2nd St. NE) invites you to join us for our annual Christmas Rummage and Boutique on Saturday, November 15 from 9:00am-3:00pm. Browse and shop the Christmas rummage items and the Christmas décor boutique, including the highly popular outdoor Christmas planters. Also available to purchase will be fresh caramel rolls (as long as they last) and coffee along with a hot sandwich noon lunch (for $7.00) - serving starting at 11:30. Your support helps ATLAS to share God’s love story full of love, grace, mercy, and hope!
