Niger Mission Trip Update #3

More updates and blessings from Africa!

Yesterday, we attended a local church for Sunday worship. The service started at 9:00 and ended at 11:50. All the members were excited to enter and praise! The first hour was praise and worship, with the kids' choir, junior choir, and women's choir.

The church we attended on Sunday.

The Women’s Choir

They do not have a bulletin, so all of the details of the service and church happenings are discussed.

One of the challenges we faced was the language barrier. However, we were fortunate to have a translator who helped us understand the sermon. This experience reminded us of the importance of communication and understanding in our mission.

The sermon was about loving your neighbor no matter the circumstances because Jesus loves us no matter what we do.

Future Meals

We are grateful to share that the power supply has significantly improved over the last few days. This has allowed us to set up and start our machines, enhancing our ability to serve the community. We praise the Lord for this blessing!

We were told that there would be maybe 20-30 patients to check on Monday. There were more like 80! We will be ready for surgeries tomorrow for those who need them, so please pray for good outcomes for the patients! Good outcomes will spread the word, bringing more people to the clinic.

The top picture is how we arrived to the clinic. The bottom is how it looked when we left.

Thank you for reading this and praying for us!
